Refusing to pay my refund

I have a paid up money saver credit card with Sanlam , I made sure i paid them in full before the credit card was discontinued - I now have a credit on the card with a wealth bonus that is due to me , I requested a refund and sent all my documents but I haven't received the refund its been almost 4 months now ... its nice when they are debiting our money but when its time to pay its another story...truly disappointed in this company will no longer do any business with them in the future
