Refusing to pay my late mom's Life cover

21 September 2020 Time 07H27 Received a declined letter From Assupol refusing to pay my mother Life cover. Assupol is saying my mom had a medical illnesses she was suffering from when the policy was app**** for.

On a telephone convesation I had with Mr Dedani he told me my mom had reaction depression (mild) she didnt disclose when the policy was app**** for.

I checked and went back to the doctor who examined her on the 28. May 2016 to check if my mother still had it from the start date of the policy 1 November 2019. And he said it was not chronic or ongoing she had the reaction due to my younger sister **** case . It only lasted a period of that time.

My mom didn't die of a mild reaction depression she once had 3 to 4 years ago. She dies of Covid . I don't understand why Assupol won't process her claim. Had it been a medical conditions she received medical advice or treatment for in the 24month's before the cover starts? That would be understandable.
