refusing to give me employment letter

I was employed with Sanlam Umtata 2014,now I resigned persuading my studies. At school I am asked to submit my experimental learning. Since was employed by Sanlam Umtata branch ,I asked for letter stating that was employed until the date that I reigned 02/15 they are refusing to write that letter for me.My name Lusanda Mgaga ID number ***
