Refusing to cancel my Policy

I have a sickness benefit policy with Sanlam which I'm unhappy and no longer want. I have put in a claim in January which took forever to assess due to what they call insufficient clinical records. After two months of seeing that nothing positive was coming forth I requested cancelation on 22nd April. No acknowledgement was done to this request. They continued to debit .I wrote to the Arbitrator hoping to get assistance and he also said not sufficient clinical information provided. So to me it means it will take forever before the claim can be settled. The Dr who is supposed to provide the clinical information is supposedly busy , it's difficult to get hold of him and he does not respond to emails .I asked the Policy be cancelled after my communication with the arbitrator. My email was acknowledged on 26 March but come May they still debit. Stop debiting my account .This cover is of no use to me....
