Refusing/ neglecting cancellation request

I asked for an investment only and told the consultant I hate funeral insurance and don’t want it. She mirepresent and mislead me by saying it’s just a saving not funeral involved. I asked again after receiving a message about high priority funeral cover she still insisted it has nothing to to with funeral. 2 weeks back I realised she **** and sold me a wrong policy. I told her to cancel and she promised to send me a form which she never did. I emailed a cancellation letter to them, they promised to call me. They called and dropped the calls twice. I emailed them again, they didn’t reply. I went to the branch in Pinetown, they refused to help me. I am stuck with a policy that I never wanted in a first place. They are neglecting or refusing to cancel this policy.
