Refused to get a refund

Sanlam is having workers that are playing people, I went to their offices on Monday the 10th as I wanted to cancel some of my policies then when I asked to get a refund form as my agreement with them was they should deduct on the 15th, so they refused to give me the refund form as iv canceled my policies, I will never in my life take anything under Sanlam because they play us .
