I spoke to Sbongile Ndebele, whom after i passed security questions told me to go to the nearest assupol branch to get assisted. I asked to speak to her supervisor Hope , Hope did not contact me but called her stand in to call her. She asked me kore that 5 questions for security yet refused to assist me saying I don’t sound like Caroline, does she know how I sound like? Canceal my policy i dnt want it no more.
