Refuse to pay out on death claim

<p>My husband had a policy with Assupol since 2010.He paid every month almostR410 for it(deducted from his salary direct)He passed away 18th April 2017...I inform them of his death and complete all the forms...death certificate Id etc.With an legal affidavit why he didnt receive any emails etc from them because he resigned from his post as teacher from end of June 2016.The last debt order they received was Sept 2016.We waited almost 31 weeks for his pension to be paid out instead of 4-12 weeks.during that time I was the only breadwinner .they wiped all his emails on his computer beginning of March 2016.so we didnt receive any emails etc.They have the postal address wrong but stiil have the work telno to contact him.we werent aware that the debt order collapsed sept 2016.now they didnt want to pay out the claim.!Im the only breadwinner and still have a 2nd year student at NWU to provide for...so every cent count.Pls can you assist me in this case?Rita</p>
