REFUSE TO PAY ME

I have received the letter regarding Tax directive application which was declined by Sars and I am failing to understand why is it that you cant notice that you have put a wrong tax number that is why it has been rejected on top of the page where it says Tax payer no you put in your reference and sars respond was that the Tax payer reference no is incorrect and still you failed to correct this and do re submission.My Tax number is ********** 194 not what you wrote on that form .

Kindly rectify this as you have been holding my funds because of your incompetence Can this matter be sorted as soon as possible
