Refuse to pay!
<p>I had policies with this lot, I urgently need the money to be paid out, but now this lot refuse to do so.</p> <p>best part is this mob wont give me a loan but are happilysitting with hundreds of thousand os my money but refuse to pay out USELESS MOB!!</p>
We acknowledge your posting, and your frustration. However, it is not Sanlam that do not want to pay your proceeds, but legislation that prohibits and Insurer to pay a member his/her retirement annuity's proceeds before the age of 55. As you are not 55, Sanlam , or any other Insurer will not be able to pay your plans proceeds currently.

What a convenient cop out, my advice is to stay far away from sanlam as possible as they think its funny to play games with peoples money!!!!
