Refusal to process payment
Follow-ups have been done but, still no payment on death claim. For over a month FNB had been following up with Sanlam and everyday a new person deals with the query but, no processing of payment. It's been over a month that we are told about payment will soon be processed. Please process payment as this is the only claim outstanding on my late father's estate.
