Refusal to pay my refund

In Nov 2024 i took out a life policy from Assupol i already have funeral polijcy for 4yrs with them. i notuced in december that i was double deducted, as i was told that the funeral i have will move to life policy there will be no waiting period. i spoke to 4 defferent people in from dec to january 2025. they said i will get a refund from nov, dec 2024 to Jan 2025. i went to head office in Durban west street. thay told me that they can't see any recording nor calls made by me in dec they can only see one in January 23 and that was the last call. can someone help me because R1500nis alot of money and to be payibg for two policy with the same people, cause its me and my kids. i am not happy at all. if this does not get resolved. i will be forced to canvel my policies with Assupol.
