Refusal to cancel investment

This is the end of 3rd week now since I cancelled the investment I have with them. When second week ended I visited their branch in Jabulani - Soweto. They claimed that may be they received many claims I must wait until Monday. I didn't get any money on Monday and I visited the branch again. They gave me the same form I completed a week ago. And asked me if I want to continue with the investment, who would wish to continue if it is that difficult to get your money. One last thing they did - they submitted a debit order to my bank account. How do they work, cancelling a policy means stop, I'm no longer interested.
