Refusal of funeral claim

Safrican refusing to pay my funeral claim Last year I informedsafrican through my employer about my claim, but the acting hr manager refused to pay saying he doesn't want an audit query, even when there were proper documentation submitted to him and the claim was reportedto him a day afterthe incident,but he still refused, he requested me to write a submission, I did that , but he did not pay for my claim, he is sitting with my money

What must I do
