Refunded money and paid up letter
I took a personal loan with Sanlam direct axis the past three years. In November 2019 I requested an account settlement offer and the consultant who assisted me said that settlement offer is R52 000.00. On the 25th November 2019 I then settled my account but during transfer of the money I transferred R60 498.53 by mistaken through cell phone banking instead of the settlement offer. On 28th November 2019 my bank debited an amount of R1200.00, I have requested them to refund me the extra money transferred and also to give me an account paid up letter but none of the above has happened. Please assist me hellopeter.
