Refund of the overpaid pension benefits

After my divorce with 30% for the non member on the 23/1/2023,I requested balance of the benefit funds to which I received. The claim against my benefits was lodged after a year which interests is to acrue for my benefits but fund failed to adhere to my request to overpay the non member to my disadvantage.
