Refund not received

My name is Dumisani Makanya ID *** last year June 2022 i canceled my policy SP***0 which was R302.78 with Sanlam but when i look at my payslips i see that the premium went off for June and July 2022 after the cancelation, i contacted them on the *** email but haven't heard from them since no reference number no communication from their side to acknowledge that they have received the complaint then they are investigating none what so ever
