Refund from cancelled policies

Assupol life .I cancelled 2 policies on the 29th July, to date they are still deducting money through the stop order. I requested to be refunded they keep on telling me that the policies are still active as they didn't get the email that stated that I have cantcelled. I went to their branch they told me that I needed to provide them with the initial email for me to be refunded as the policies were still active. Policy numbers are AL*** andAL***. On the 6th October I emailed the initial email, they haven't responded. Kindly assist as I really need my refund . Regards Gugulethu
