Refund for unauthorized debit
On the 6th of April 2021 I reported by means of Facebook, email and phone calls that Assupol once again (third time) debited from my Salary Advice unauthorized. A customer service lady called Motse helped me with this case and said she's waiting for the Billing department to respond... Till today I have not received my refund. I don't know which further should I take now
