refund

i have been waiting for my refund and till to this day nothing. i was deducted for two months after tje consolidation but was refunded for 1 month. i have proof

sanlam is refusing to refund me and claim that i cancelled late. i submitted on time but no answer . now they claim they are going to pay one refund , the other one they cannot. i need my money. This company is full of ******. your agents sanlam are ***********. i want mu money.
