Refund due to me taking forever!

I had a personal loan with Sanlam. I settled in on the 15.04.2022 and the proof of payment was sent through to Sanlam on the 22.04.2022.

I was told that I will receive refund within 5 - 10 working days which has long passed. Today is the 16.05.2022, still my refund is not paid. No one bothers to call me to give update. I am the one who calls them - I am so annoyed!!!!!
