Refund complain

Hi my name is Samuel ndwambe I'd *** i once wrote a review about sanlam deducting money on my payslip asked for cancellation and refund well they told me that they cancelled the policies but they haven't refund me yet they asked for proof of account and I'd I did email another thing comes a call telling me i won't get refund on the other side i get an email saying I'll get my refund i don't know now which one is the one cause they promised to refund even now nothing bad service and helping service thought by this time I'll be getting my refund back and ratting their service back but am back with bad review again.🥹🥹🥹
