Good day the problem I have with sunlamsky I have a claimed with them the refund of two policies that where deducting in my account from march 2020 till January 2023 I found out that on the 10 of January I claimed that day they only paid one policy lastweek which was deducting R433 but the other one of R347.30 am still waiting and am calling them every single day talking to them almost 40 min to 1hour I buying airtime every day for their own fault no communication I must call them for communication am so disappointed in sunlam-sky I wouldn't advance you to them ...I even cancelled my existing policy which I knew about it since this happened and I've been using them almost 5years withou any claim....am so angry and disappointed south Africa 🇿🇦 Thanks Regards P.zibeko ***

I just got a call now the lady that calls me she's not understanding what problem do I have this policy SP***5 is not my policy but my account is been paying this for almost 3years now I don't understand why she's telling me about under my id number she's sees two policy once it's cancelled n one is active but not even my cashback refund is been paid yet because my account is the stop order meaningful it deducted on my pay slip . You won't be able to see if you putting my id number you have to put this policy number the only thing that you shoul you my id number on it is the cashback that am waiting for which is R750 I think beside the refund .

Ohk I've heard you guys but to be honest this is way too long from 10 January till today of which it's not even my fault all this happened it's sunlam-sky and all this happens for me to wait so long for my money that you took for 3yrs n 2months if am correct now I must struggle to get it back this is the second one imagine what kind of mistake will you describe in this matter??
