Refund and cancelation

Good morning i have email sanlam about policy cancellation they haven't send me a proof of cancelation and again they haven't gave me a feed back about my refund they keep telling me this story that I should email this proof and what i did all that but still no positive respond or outcome am not very much happy with their treatment and service thank you.
