Refund
I settled my loan with sanlam in Nov and debit order went off on the 27th, i then called them requesting a refund which was logged on 2nd of December and since then I’ve been calling them everyday from my cellphone and no one is able to assist me with the refund, they promise to callback but no one called I must call them with my airtime everyday
