Refund
I did a Quote for a Funeral Cover and asked that they do not incept cover as I was remaining with my current insurer. Got debited on 25/02/2021 for cover which should have never incepted. To date I still await my refund with no communication nor indication of how far my refund is. I have now followed up twice with Sifiso Mthimkhulu to no avail. I could have reversed the debit but gave Assupol the benefit of the doubt and that got me here now :(
