refund
My name is fridah thembi phahlamohlaka . A few months ago i noticed some debits on my accounts - i called sanlam and advised them that i do not have policy with them and i was advised to do an affidavit and they will cancel same and refund me . The policy was cancelled however they have not refunded me all the money they have been debiting . They were debiting an amount of R103 per month . the policy number is SA ***5
