Refund

3 policies where opened *****ulently with my details and i canceld all the policies and a portion of my refund was paid.i was informed that they are still investing I should resend the affidavit ,l have done that 3 times already but I still have not recieved my money.i sent emails no response.when I call the call centre I'm told they still investigating...they have been investigating since 12 February 2024?? Money was ****** from my parcel and now i have to run after people to give me back what's mine
