Around march this 2025 assupol contacted us about our late mother RA claims. And we submitted the required docs around may 2025. It is with great disappoinment to let you know that to date we are told they are still busy with the claim. There is no direct line for follow up, everytime you must go to their branch to be told they are still busy. They don't call you for update nothing. How long does it have to be for a claim to be done with assupol. At least they must keep us updated than keeping quiet.
