Reduce premium
My wife wants to reduce her premium after it was increased a couple of months ago.<br> <br> Now Sanlam has requested her to submit a written request, and then complete a 20 page document with loads of details before the change can be affected.<br> <br> My question is, my wife was phoned and the premium was increased with a simple telephone call. Why now, when we want to decrease the amount, must she complete all this documentation and hassles?<br> <br> Why cant you just call her again and organise everything telephonically?
