I have a Private Pension Policy/Investment with Sanlam which I requested 2 months ago to be cancelled so that I can get my money. I need a resolution to my query as your call centre was not able to get back to me. The agreement when I took the Policy was that I would get my pay out when I turn 60. I turned 60 this year in March only to find out that the plan doesn't qualify for commutation. I need my cash pay out of what I invested in 2003 of which I had a 1/3 of it in 2013 April. I need to be advised on a way forward.NO MATTER THE PENALTY
