Really disappointed
I was at a branch on the 13/02/2018 to withdraw money from my savings policy, to this day I have not received any payment. I called the client services twice now, only to find out today that my withdrawal hasn't been even processed because paperwork never reached them.
May I please have urgent clarity, it has been too long it is uncalled for more so that when I called to enquire on the 20/02/2018 I was told everything was being processed.
It's upsetting really, 7 working days should be 7 working days. What's even more annoying when we signed up we were told you get your money same day.
