****** Sanlam Consultants

Sanlam has a lot of ****** consultants. I called requesting for an urgent withdrawal whereby I spoke to Norman (who refused to give me his surname by the way) and he said is unfortunately unable to assist me. I hung up and called again and spoke to another consultant, forgot her name but it was a black lady and she was able to assist me and escalated my request. I called again this morning and spoke to lady by the name of Janice who was also very kind and followed up on my request, when I called again in the afternoon I spoke to a lady called Martha Pienaar who also claimed she cannot assist with my request to find out how far they are with my claim. I have nothing against Afrikaans speaking individuals but two of the Afrikaners that I spoke to from Sanlam blatantly told me they cannot assist me with my request. Very disappointing to say the least!
