RA policy

I wrote a complaint agianst Sanlum on friday the 26th June about a claim that's been going on since January, someone from their complaint department immediately contacted to get the full story and promised that a consultant was going to call me and give me feedback.

No one has contacted me since, and now i see another update from them saying someone contacted me and they're closing the case.

Sanlam please tell me what kind of circus are you running there, the way this is not taken so serious is shocking and since your calls are supposedly recorded please check which consultant called me and what was the outcome of that call.
