Quick to take your pension whilst employed but delayed to pay when withdrawing.

I have submitted my application for withdrawal for my pension fund on the 13 December 2024. I am still waiting for my monies to be paid out. There has been a few colleagues of mine who were paid out already. Sanlam asked for my documentation to be send yet nothing has been actioned. Sanlam is so unprofessional yet they claim to be one of the best in South Africa. I hope something will be done, if not, I will report this to every social media platform and let South Africa know what type of services I received from them.
