****py service from Assupol! Death claim still not paid out

Only a zero star rating is befitting here. When @AssupolLife is not paying your claim but no one can tell you why. Definitley cancelling with them, it’s a no go! You claim to payout in 48 hours but nothing done with 1 day to the funeral. Consultants just don’t care and are arrogant. We pay our premiums monthly without fail and get given the runaround when it’s time to claim. If I was you I would move asap!
