Putting me on debt review without my knowledge

I called Sanlam trying to check whether I qualify for a loan, they said I don't qualify but they can put me through to someone who can help with consolidatiton, I was on the phone with that lady, only to find out that it's debt review, I told that lady I don't want it, after I hung up I received an email from debt busters that I app**** and I must sign agreements and send them back, which I didn't do. Am so disappointed in Sanlam.
