Purpose delay in processing Unit Trust

Have a Unit Trust invested in my grandson's name and are trying to encash the entire amount to allocate equal amounts to my remaining grandchildren. We have provided SANLAM with all the documentation required to process this application and it has been TWO weeks and they continue to request additional information. The information includes Doctor's reports on my grandsons' medical condition and yet they disregard the proof and continue to delay the process.
