Provident fund withdrawal

I resigned from my previous employer five months ago. I filled withdrawal forms. I follow up with Sanlam customer care. The agents kept on making empty promises. I used whatssapp and emails and not getting any response. I wouldn't advise employers to consider Sanlam as their fund administrator. Customer care service is horrible. Their rule stipulates that withdraw will be finalise within 6 to 8 weeks. I am still waiting for my payout.
