Provident Fund Withdrawal.

I left my employ on the 28/02/2025 and was told I would receive payment within 30 working days. To this day I have only received a portion and not all what I have withdrawn, when I call it takes more than 30 minutes for an agent to answer the call only to tell you that it is being processed!!!! This is the money that I have worked hard for!!! The agents are awful and service is very poor. I wish I was never part of their Umbrella fund!!!
