Provident fund still not paid_Terminated in March 2023

I have resigned at Impala Platinum Mine in March 2023. Today I still haven't received my provident fund. Yesterday I called Sanlam and they advised that they waiting for confirmation from Impala.Today when I call Sanlam they telling me that they received the confirmation but they can't tell me on which level of process are they currently in. As far as I know when the withdrawal is due to resignation it takes 6to 8 weeks but still today I'm being told to call again next week to check what they have done. I have been enquiring about this since May because I know that my last contribution was for end of March. Why am I the one to ask all the times when you know that if there are missing documents you must revert to the employer.Or sanlam is in cahoots with employer for me to not be able to get what is due to me. There is also attitude for sanlam lady who is sitting at the Impala side,who tells me that I should not teach them to do their job
