Provident fund payout
Horrible company to ever take a pension fund with ,I have been waiting for almost two months now for my provident fund to be paid out !the WhatsApp stuff does not give you an proper explanation when you follow up with them ,the call centre stuff also has attitude and never know anything !!!do not take any pension fund with them they are horrible horrible

17 Apr 2025, 14:55So it takes 5 hours to investigate why they have not paid out my hard earned money which they said will be paid out within 30 days ?I have to take drastic measures to ensure I get the necessary answer which I have not gotten ,5 hours later ??

17 Apr 2025, 15:17Sanlam does not even deserve 1 star !!!I just received communication from Owami (very helpful) after 6 hours of waiting and having to come back to this platform the last action taken was on the 5th of April and since then their administration team have not done anything !!!! Saying I am dissapointed would be an understatement !!imagine if we struggling to get our provident fund how much more one would struggle to get their pension fund once they hit retirement age !!!work with them at your own risk !!
