PROVIDENT FUND PAYOUT DELAYS

Good day

im am disgusted with the poor service and delays regarding my pension payout that was invested by my former employer DHL Express resignation dated the 2 October 2017 and till this day no payout has been received we are now entering 2018 still waiting it is impossible to get a hold of sanlam personal regarding my payout i will not wait another week these funds are to be paid out as a matter of urgency i was given 6 weeks period for my funds i even waited an additional 4 weeks and still nothing , please assist in escalating this matter as Sanlam is not taking its investers Serious ! ! ! ! this is by far the worst company to invest in im yet to submit another complain on social media platforms as im truly disgusted by their lack of competence and respect for peoples monies , these funds are needed as in Now
