Provident fund payout delay and no contact

I resigned from my employer in Nov 2018 and served my 30 day notice and last day with the company was 31st December 2018, I have been trying to get hold of sanlam to inquire about my provident fund payout and it's not easy to get in touch with an agent and also no one from sanlam has contacted me and still have not been paid, please can this matter be sorted out as in today as no escalation would be required if someone just simply does their job please
