Provident fund payout

I've waiting for sanlam to respond since I've send the email,no response someone said sanlma is quick to answer at hellopeter but when u send them email they dont respond.iven try to talk to one of the agent to follow up the only answer i get is my papers are still at the claimers office they still waiting for feedback.m really drained because I've been getting the same answer since January,i dont know weather sanlam doesn't want to give me my money,m struggling with my kids but i hv money with sanlam its really painfully i have tried everything to get my money 😢 😭 now m clueless i dont knw were to go or who can help me to get what I've worked for
