Provident Fund Payments WHAT A JOKE

I was retrenched on 28 February 2021 from Sun International (was paid only 1 month notice pay instead of 6 months as per employment agreement. Worked for Sun International since 1993.) The Human Resources Department app**** for our provident fund to be paid out (5 retrenched employees). All documents were forwarded to Sanlam including requirements for foreigners and Eswatini tax Clearance certificates. We are Swazi Citizens and taxed as per DTA between RSA and Eswatini. What a service received at first. All additional documents forwarded to RENATA VISAGIE on 22 March 2021. Now the nightmare part. NO reply or responds to any email or telephone call from the Renata Visagie contact person. We asked for feedback since 22 March 2021. NO REPLY. This morning I sent another email as we are without food, fuel and electricity. What a surprise to receive an out of office respond from Renata Visagie. So she is alive..... Just ignoring my desperate cry out for help and assistance. I'm without a job and the bank is going to repossess our house and vehicles by end of October. We do have the money but SANLAM doesn't want to pay and enjoys to see us suffering. SHAME ON YOU. I pray that when you get dismissed or retrenched that you will be spared from this tourcher. I worked for 28 years and contributed to the fund all these years. Being so desperate I called Sanlam Head Office but I'm not in the leak to justify contact with the CEO of Sanlam. If you have a staff issue Mr CEO of Sanlam, please don't make it the problem of your loyal investors. There is a time to give and a time to receive.
