Provident Fund Pay Out..
I resigned from mining company "X" on the 18th of April 2023. Sanlam the administrator for company "X" provident fund. On the day of my resignation, I was told by one the Sanlam retirement schemes employees that I will receive my provident funt after 6 weeks. Now it is past 11 weeks and when I call Sanlam Rustenburg they are rude and they do not have answers to my questions.
