provident fund not paid since from april

my name is frddy mabena with id number ***,i have app**** for my provident fund and my employer told me to visit the Sanlam offices in Johannesburg,went ther and submitted everything on the 04-02-2015 and signed every thing,still I haven't received my money up until now,last time I called it was in the middle of june and I was told that I must resend my bankstatement with my id and I will receive the payment end of july it is now august and nothing is been done yet and when I call for follow up they are telling me that claim has not been done and asking me information that they should pick up the phone and ask the hr of the company where I was employed,i am not working and I am spending money that I don't have going to their offices from delmas to Johannesburg because I cant get hold of them on the phone when I am trying to reach them with phone ,I even asked my sister to try to communicate with this lady who was assisting me AMANDA *** but she is not helping with anything and everytime I call she keeps on telling me 1 thing seems like she is not working my claim,i need this money as I am not working and need this money to feed my self and pay taxi fees to look for
