Provident fund not paid for almost a year since resignation due to poor treatment

Good day I have been waiting for my provident fund for almost a year their response was i didnt sent through the forms which I did i forwarded emails till now they said they are investigating and they are well aware that the regional manager in polokwane is very bad. The provident fund was deducted every month why when it comes to payment we must dance first Thabo Benedict Mangaba ***. *** ***. Please pay my money it's been a month since we started communicating on hello peter. I think my request is being ignored

Good day
I went to the office and submitted the forms as requested last week Monday 04 July so what is now delaying the payment and the forms were correct last year when i submitted please resolve this issue and the branch is not aware of the investigation
