Provident fund delay

I am writing to urgently follow up on my provident/pension fund claim. I resigned from Tenacity on 11 March 2026 and have submitted all documents required from my side.

Alex previously confirmed that my claim was in process and that Tenacity had sent all required forms to Sanlam. However, to date I have not received _any_ correspondence from Sanlam confirming receipt of my claim, a reference number, or expected timelines.

This delay is causing me significant financial strain. I am currently pregnant, unemployed, and renting, and the uncer*****y around my claim payout is worsening my situation.

Could you please assist with the following by close of business on Thursday, 23 April 2026: 1. *Confirmation from Tenacity HR* that all claim forms were sent to Sanlam, including the date sent and proof of submission if possible. 2. *Confirmation from Sanlam* that my claim has been received, my claim/reference number, and the current status. 3. *Estimated timeline* for assessment and payment of the claim. 4. *Name and contact details* of the person handling my claim so I can follow up directly if needed.

I understand processing can take time, but I have had no visibility since March and I urgently need clarity. Please treat this as priority given my circumstances. My mobile number is ***
